Returns and Replacements

We want you happy with your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.

Return Window

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or replacement.

Eligible Returns

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Free from stains, odors, or damage
  • With tags attached, if applicable

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.

Final Sale Items

Because our apparel is produced specifically for each order:

  • Sale items are final
  • Gift cards are non refundable
  • Custom or limited release items are final

Size and Fit

Please review size charts carefully before ordering.

Returns are not accepted for sizing issues unless the item received differs from what was ordered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the issue

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

How to Request a Return

Email simplecomplexofficial@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation
  • Photos, if applicable
  • Do not send items back without approval. Unapproved returns will not be processed.

Return Shipping

  • Approved returns must be shipped back as instructed
  • Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund unless the error was ours

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If approved, return the item and place a new order for the correct product.

European Union Orders

Orders shipped to the European Union may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the return conditions above.
